Abstract
Based on the implementation of logistics enterprise resource planning (ERP) system in our hospital, through process optimization combined with advanced information technology, we standardized a series of key links associated with high-value medical consumables, including procurement, distribution, disinfection, use, accounting, and retrospect. And ifnally we achieved ifne and closed-loop management of high-value medical consumables.关键词
