Abstract
As one of the important maintenance inspections of electronic endoscope, leakage detection would be easily overlooked. This paper describes the development process of a self-developed automatic leakage detector for electronic endoscope. The detector which is mainly composed of the main control board, external power source, supercharging pump and suitable pipeline can automatically implement the supercharging and timekeeping of electronic endoscope and judge whether air leakage exists in the electronic endoscope. Thus the automatic leakage detection of electronic endoscope has been implemented and the leakage detection rate of electronic endoscope has been improved. The application results show that the detection results of the self-developed leakage detector are in line with those of the original factory leakage detector, which indicates that the self-developed leakage detector owns hign reliability.关键词
