Abstract
The nine-S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Saving, Safety, Service, Satisfaction and Shitsuke) management methodology has been deployed in this hospital for effective management of medical equipment from three perspectives. The practice of ventilator management was exempliifed in this paper to demonstrate the effectiveness of this methodology in the improved work effciency, clinical satisfactory degree and accelerated modernization of hospital management.关键词
