Abstract
An unceasing increase of the operation and maintenance costs for the traditional PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) has to a certain extent affected the digitization of small and medium hospitals in China. In view of the situation, this paper explores the PACS outsourcing model and proposes a PACS-aas (PACS-as-a-service) cloud platform architecture, which is intended to allow for the low-cost operation of PACS in the domestic hospitals at all levels.关键词
