摘要
Abstract
Objective To design a traceability and management system to achieve the informatization management for the high-value medical consumables. Methods With the combined use of bar-codes, a supplier qualification database and a high-value medical consumable database were established so as to achieve the data management and the traceability information supervision for high-value medical consumables. Results The system realized the automatic review of supplier qualiifcation and product expiration dates, completion of inventory management as well as cost accounting via interface with HIS (hospital information system) during the use of high-value consumables. Conclusion The management system was featured with the characteristics of product coding, data standardization, informatization management, whole-process supervision and information transparency, which had established a long-term traceability management mechanism.关键词
