摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a medical adverse event management system so as to promote the continuous improvement of medical quality management.Methods The database of medical adverse events was designed to establish a set of corresponding processing procedures and develop a medical adverse event management system.Results The system avoided the inconvenience of completing the adverse events and simplified the reporting circulation. Meanwhile, it could also realize the real-time monitoring of adverse events and collect the detailed information.Conclusion The system standardized the procedure of medical adverse event management and improved the management of medical quality and safety.关键词
