Abstract
HR (Human Resources) management was the important section in the whole HIS (Hospital Information System) construction project, which was closely related to the project quality, cost and schedule management. This paper analyzed the necessity of HR management in the HIS construction project and deployed the project management theories in the implementation of project construction. It also summarized the design, implementation, application and management of HR management in the HIS construction project in the hospital and explored the HR management experience in project construction. Scientiifc application of HR management could ensure the successful completion of the HIS project.关键词
