摘要

Abstract

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of amlodipine plus captopril for the treatment of essential hy -pertension.Methods Retrieval review published paper in Chinese Biomedical Literature Database ( 1978-December, 2013 ) , China Academic Journal ( 1994-December , 2013 ) , VIP database ( 1999-December , 2013 ) , Articles Database (1990-December, 2013), PUBMED (1990-December, 2013), Cochrane Library (December, 2013).Included amlodip-ine and captopril ( combined group ) with captopril alone ( monotherapy ) treatment of essential hypertension randomized con-trolled trials, the researchers from the two independent screening and extract data , using Jadad quality score quality of the studies included in the review, using RevMan5.2 for the Meta-analysis.Results 355 papers were retrieved, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria , finally included 12 paper for Meta-analysis.Meta-analysis: effectiveness of the combined group is higher than the monotherapy group , the difference was statistically significant (OR=4.06,95% CI 2.85-5.79, P <0.01);incidence of adverse reactions in combined group and monotherapy group showed no statistically significant differ -ences (OR =1.35, 95% CI 0.35-5.14, P =0.66).Conclusion Amlodipine combining captopril has better curative effect than single captopril in the treatment of hypertension , but the safety has no obvious difference .
