Effects of Yiqihuayutongluo decoction on blood coagulation and blood lipid in patients with primary nephrotic syn-drome in hormone maintenance stage

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqihuayutongluo decoction on primary nephrotic syndrome hormone maintain influence treatment and coagulation function in patients with blood lipid phase .Methods Fifty patients who had been diagnosed with primary nephrotic syndrome and received maintained treatment of hormone were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in the treatment group were given Yiqihuayutongluo decoction combined hormone therapy , 25 cases in the control group were treated with hormone therapy , 2 groups received 1 months of continuous treatment , and then observe blood coagulation , blood lipid and blood and urine protein index .Results In treatment group , compared before and after treatment , it has significant difference in reducing plasma fibrinogen (Fib), increase of antithrombin III (AT-III), lower serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (three TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and reduce 24h urine protein (24h UP), elevated serum albumin (Alb) ( P <0.01); while the control group after treatment , all indexes were not significant improvement .Treatment group and control group after treatment , treatment group has more significant effect in reducing plas-ma Fib, increased AT-III, reduce serum TC, TG and reduce 24 h UP ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion It proved that the Yiqihuayutongluo decoction could obviously improve the blood hypercoagulability and disorders of lipid metabolism in pa -tients with the primary nephrotic syndrome in treatment of hormone maintain stage .关键词
