Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship among the acute myocardial infarction ( AMI ) patients with blood center heart type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP), N N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), car-diac troponin I (cTnI) level and AMI after aneurysm (LVA).Methods From 2009 January to 2013 February, 67 patients with AMI were enrolled, according to the presence or absence of LVA formation , they is divided into LVA group (35 cases), non LVA group (32 cases).After AMI, within 12 h, the detection of H-FABP, NT-proBNP, cTnI in blood, and left ventric-ular angiography ( LVG) in detecting left ventricular end systolic volume index ( LVESVI ) and left ventricular end diastolic volume index (LVEDVI), left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and wall motion index (WMS) were performed.And analyzed the correlation between the parameters and blood biochemical indi -cators of cardiac angiography .Results In LVA group, patients of Killip III were 10 cases (28.57%), non LVA group had 1 cases (3.13%), there was significant difference between the 2 groups ( P <0.01).In non LVA group, levels of H-FABP, NT-proBNP, cTnI was significantly lower than in LVA group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01);the parameters of cardiac imaging was superior to that of LVA group ( P <0.05).Plasma H-FABP, NT-proBNP, cTnI level and cardiac imaging parameters (LVESVI, LVEDI, WMS, LVEDP) has high correlation ( P <0.05, P <0.01).Conclusion After LVA formation, H-FABP,NT-proBNP,cTnI levels in plasma were increased;parameters of H-FABP,NT-proBNP,cTnI can indicate after the on-set of AMI LVA formation .关键词
