芪苈强心胶囊改善慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe Qiliqiangxin capsule on vascular endothelial function of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 130 cases with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group (oral captopril tablets,12. 5mg/times, three times a day in the conventional therapy ) 60 cases, the treatment group (conventional treatment based on o-ral stilbene Lepidii cardiac capsules , 4/times, three times daily) in 70 cases, treatment for four weeks .Two groups of pa-tients before and after treatment were observed plasma endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), and left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) and other indicators of change .Results Qiliqiangxin treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment, serum ET and NT-proBNP levels in patients decreased significantly ( t =6.530,26.862, P <0.01), NO, CGRP levels increased significantly ( t =5.955,9.748, P <0.05, P <0.01), significantly improved symp-toms of heart failure, the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (χ2 =2.357, 2.589, P <0.05).Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsules effectively protect endothelial function of patients with chronic systolic heart failure ,and improve heart failure symptoms and the degree of chronic heart failure .关键词
