Abstract
Objective To compare the prognosis and related factors between intravascular interventional and opera -tion clip closed treatment for intracranial aneurysm .Methods The retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 96 cases of pa-tients with intracranial aneurysm was performed .According to the different method of operation , they were divided into 2 groups , 52 cases in observation group were treated with endovascular intervention , the control group of 44 cases received surgi-cal clipping operation , vascular occlusion rate , ADL score, NIHSS score, and prognostic and good rate , intraoperative and postoperative complications and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups .Results Compared with control group, the observation group’s ADL score, prognostic and good rate were increased ( t =6.204,χ2 =4.453, P <0.05), NIHSS score, vascular occlusion rate were decreased ( t =6.297,χ2 =17.480, P <0.05), bleeding and postoperative dis-turbance of consciousness , limb movement disorder , postoperative hydrocephalus , postoperative aneurysm re-bleeding compli-cation rate and hospitalization time were decreased/reduce( P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect and prognosis of endo-vascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms are good with low complications and high security ,is worthy of further promotion .关键词
