参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢性心律失常并发阵发性心房颤动疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Shensongyangxin capsule in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and bradycardiac arrhythmia .Methods A total of 90 patients were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group , based on the original treatment , the treatment group added Shensongyangxin capsule 4 grain, 3 times a day, the control group were treated with Compound Danshen Tablets 3 tablets and 3 times a day, underwent 2 months of therapy.Observe the arrhythmias and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups.Results After 2 months of follow-up, there were 7 cases (3 cases in treatment group , 4 cases in control group ) were lost of follow-up, the control group had 1 cases of permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation .The clinical symptoms improved significantly, the total effective rate was 83.3%, total effective rate of the control group was 42.5%, there was significant difference between 2 groups ( P <0.05).After 1 or 2 months, the treatment group’ s 24 h average ventricular rate was (53.00 ±3.37) /min, and (56.40 ±5.11) /min, improved than before treatment of (49.31 ±2.46) /min ( P <0.05), and significantly higher than that of control group ( P <0.05).The treatment group after treatment 1, 2 months, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation episodes reduced significantly than before treatment ( P <0.05), the control group had no obvious improve-ment.Conclusion It proved that the Shensongyangxin capsule had two-way regulating antiarrhythmic effects , especially suit-able for atrial fibrillation patients complicated with slow arrhythmia .关键词
