白介素-1β基因-511和＋3954多态性与男性煤矿职工慢性阻塞性肺疾病的相关性

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin-1 beta ( IL-1β)-511 gene and +3954 pol-ymorphism and male coal mine workers with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) .Methods From January 2009 to June 2013 , collected the Hebei United University affiliated Kailuan General Hospital Outpatient Department ’ s respiration screening COPD patients (234 cases of coal mine workers as coal mine workers COPD group ) and 250 cases of healthy con-trols (healthy control group), using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect serum IL-1βlevel, polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method to detect -511C/T, genotype +3954C/T sites. Results The coal mine worker group COPD serum IL-1βlevel was (3.98 ±0.42 ) ng/ml, the healthy control group was (2.76 ±0.18) ng/ml, with statistically significant difference between the 2 groups ( P <0.01).Coal mine worker group COPD IL-1β-511 CC, CT and TT genotypes were 20.1%, 62.8%and 17.1%, healthy control group were 21.6%, 60.4%and 18.0%, compared between the 2 groups, there was no statistical significance ( P >0.05).Coal mine worker group COPD IL-1β+3954 , CC, CT and TT genotypes were 83.8%, 16.2%and 0, healthy control group were 86.8%, 13.2% and 0, compared between the 2 groups, there was no statistical significance ( P >0.05),there were no significant differences in the frequency of 2 groups’ IL-1β-511, +3954 allele ( P >0.05).Conclusion Coal mine worker group COPD serum IL-1βlevels higher than the healthy control group .IL-1βand genotype frequency of -511 , the incidence of +3954 and allele fre-quency have no obvious correlation with coal mine workers ’ COPD.关键词
