Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the clinical manifestations and pathology in patients with nasal NK/T cell lymphoma .Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical manifestations and histopathologic data of 18 cases of nasal NK/T cell lymphoma patients who were confirmed by pathology .15 males,3 females,age 28-78 years old, median age 55 years.Results The main symptoms of unilateral nasal were 12 patients (66.7%), 7 cases with nasal (38.9%).Na-sal endoscopy showed tumor appearance with surface erosion , ulcer is common , and often accompanied with surface necrosis;CT showed tumor in anterior lateral wall of the nasal cavity in 13 cases, nasal septum of 4 cases, nasal columella of 1 cases, including 1 cases of nasal bone fracture;15 cases of nasal cavity , nasal sinuses showed soft tissue density or abnormal densi-ty, 3 cases in which bilateral sinus showed soft tissue density; immunohistochemistry showed that the tumor cells expressed CD3, CD56, CD43, TIAI and LCA positive, CD20, CD79a, CK negative, 8 cases of Ki-67 positive index greater than 50%. After 0.5-3.0 years’ follow-up, 5 cases were lost of follow-up, 2 patients died within 1 years, 1 cases of death within 2 years, 9 cases under good control .Conclusion The clinical manifestations of nasal NK/T cell lymphoma has no specific , but its morphology , immunophenotype and clinical biological behavior is particular , is helpful for its diagnosis ,correct biopsy and immunohistochemical examinations is main method to reduce misdiagnosis of nasal NK /T cell lymphoma .关键词
