Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of serum homocysteine (Hcy), three glycerol (TG), and cholesterol ( TC) levels in different stages of diabetic nephropathy .Methods Collected 108 cases of diabetic nephropathy in different stages, these patients were divided into non albuminuria group (group 1), microalbuminuria group (group 2) and clinical proteinuria group (group 3), DN compensatory stage of renal insufficiency (group 4) and DN in renal failure compensatory stage (group 5), another 83 cases of healthy people were enrolled as healthy control group , serum Hcy,serum creatine(SCr), TG and TC levels were measured .Results Compared with the control group ,serum Hcy,SCr,TG and TC levels in the diabetic group ( group 1 +2 ) and diabetic nephropathy group ( group 3 +4 +5 ) were increased significantly , compared with the diabetic group, diabetic nephropathy group further increased , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01).With the progression of the diabetic kidney damage , the serum levels of Hcy ,SCr,TG, TC levels gradually increased , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01).Diabetic nephropathy group 4 and 5’s TG and TC levels increased than group 1~3, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01), and the group 5 is further increased than group 4 ( P <0.01).Con-clusion Along with the progression of diabetic nephropathy , serum Hcy,SCr,TG and TC levels have gradually increased .关键词
