Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of pramipexole combined with Madopar in the treatment of advanced Parkinson 's disease ( PD) .Methods Ninty-three cases with advanced PD were randomly divided into control group (46 cases) and observation group (47 cases), control group was given Madopar treatment , observation group was given pramipexole combined with Madopar , Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD) , PD rating scale Part III ( UPDRS III) changes , adverse reactions between two groups were compared .Results The observation group's efficiency (72.34%), the total effec-tive rate (89.36%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (47.83%, 60.87%), the difference was statisti-cally significant ( P <0.05, P <0.01);at the 8th weeks, 12th weeks, the 2 groups'UPDRS III score were (20.12 ±5.31, 18.56 ±4.37) and (24.15 ±5.29, 21.54 ±4.35), HAMD score were (9.37 ±4.35, 7.07 ±4.63) and (13.51 ±4.32, 10.92 ±4.59), adverse reactions were 21.28%(10/47) and 54.35%(25/46), the observation group were significantly lo-wer than those of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole combined with Madopar could significantly im-prove the motor symptoms , alleviate depression , and improve the treatment effect .关键词
