参松养心胶囊辅治心房颤动临床疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响
Clinical efficacy and influence of Shensongyangxin capsule on inflammatory factors in patients with atrial fibrillation

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsule for adjuvant treatment of atrial fibrillation and effect on serum inflammatory factor levels.Methods Two hundred and twenty patients with atrial fibrillation were enrolled, according to digital table method, they were randomly divided into 2 groups, 111 cases in the control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group was 109 cases, based on the conventional treatment, also take Shensongyangxin capsule (4 capsules each time, 3 times a day) treatment.Before and after 4 weeks of treatment, immune turbidimetry and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay were used to detect the C reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha ( TNF-α) concentration changes, clinical symptoms and serum concentrations of inflammatory factors, adverse reaction of the 2 groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.0%(97/109), which was higher than 58.6%in the control group (65/111), the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Compared with before treatment, 2 groups’ hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-αconcentration decreased after treatment, and the treatment group decreased more obviously ( t =7.123, t =6.181, t =9.112, P <0.05).The treatment group and the control group’s atrial fibrillation duration were (18.75 ±5.62) h and (17.68 ±6.05) h, respectively, after treatment were (10.26 ±4.58) h and (14.26 ±5.17) h,respectively,the duration of atrial fibrillation of the 2 groups after treatment were reduced (t =20.572, t =11.890, P <0.05),and the treatment group were decreased more significantly ( t =20.572, t =11.890, t =8.561, P <0.05).During the treatment,patients in the treatment group had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule in the treatment of atrial fibrillation has curative effect,can significantly reduce serum inflammatory factors.关键词
