Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of transthoracic echocardiography ( TTE) in interventional intraoperative and postoperative follow-up of atrial septal defect ( ASD) .Methods Retrospective analyzed clinical and ima-ging data of 31 cases of secondary ASD who were received successfully transcatheter closure.Postoperative3 days and 3 months’ occluder’ s shape and position, before and after transcatheter closure’ s right heart function and pulmonary artery di-ameter changes were compared.Resulst Thirty-one cases ’ occluder were implanted successfully, occluder ’ s diameter showed a positive linear correlation with TTE determined size ( r =0.91, P <0.05);after 3 days of operation, good position of occlude and atrial left to right shunt disappeared were found, four cavity ratio back to normal after the operation, 3 months of follow-up showed no residual shunt and complications;right heart function (3 days and 3 months after surgery, including left atrial diameter, right ventricular diameter, right ventricular diastolic volume ( RVEDV) , right ventricular end systolic vol-ume ( RVESV) , right ventricular stroke volume ( RVSV) ) and pulmonary artery diameter were significantly improved compared with preoperative (3d after operation:t =2.01, t =4.47, t =3.24, t=8 .99, t =5.41, t =3.97, P <0.05;3 months after op-eratio:n t =5.59, t =8.49, t =6.73, t =10.24, t =8.63, t =5.21, P <0.05).And after three months,the right heart func-tion improvement were superior to postoperative 3 day( t =3.65, t =3.31, t =2.09, t =5.68, t =5.17, t=1.58, P <0.05),but pulmonary artery diameter showed no statistical significance differences ( t =1.58, P >0.05).Conclusion TTE is helpful for monitoring the entire process of ASD closure ,and postoperative followu-p and curative effect evaluation .关键词
