Abstract
Objective To systematic evaluate the clinical effect of metoprolol on heart failure of dilated cardiomyopa-thy.Methods Retrieval of randomized controlled trials of metoprolol in treating dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure on CNKI, Chinese biomedical literature database, VIP database, Wanfang database, PubMed, Cochrane library, EMbase.Con-ventional treatment were enrolled as control group, routine treatment plus metoprolol as the experimental group.At the same time screening the enrolled references, and strict evaluate quality of literature, then data were extracted, for the research meet qualitystandards,themeta-analysiswasperformedusingRevMan5.0software.Results 16studieswereincluded,atotalof 906 cases of patients were enrolled.The clinical efficiency, heart rate ( HR) , left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF) , left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) in the experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (OR=5.40, 95%CI 3.60 to 8.11, P <0.01;OR=-10.31, 95%CI -11.96 to -8.66, P <0.01;MD=5.66, 95%CI 5.03 to 6.28, P <0.01;MD=-1.50, 95%CI -2.71 to -0.29, P <0.05;MD=-4.11, 95%CI -4.96 to -3.27, P <0.01).Conclusion Metoprolol can im-prove cardiac function in dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure by improving the ejection ability and sympathetic nerve activity.关键词
