Study of CD4+CD2+5 CD127 low regulatory T cells for patients with sepsis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of peripheral blood CD4+CD2+5 CD127low regulation T cells (Treg) changes ratio in sepsis patients. Methods Select 40 cases with sepsis patients (28 d sur-vived of 22 cases, death of 18 cases) as sepsis group, 30 cases of healthy population as control group, using flow cytometry to detect peripheral blood Treg level, compared the differences between the level of Treg in two groups, before and after treatment Treg level changes. Results Sepsis group’s peripheral blood Treg /CD4+T cell:(8.26 ±0.34)%,which was higher than the healthy control group (5.40 ±0.25) %, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05);sepsis patients after 1 week of treatment, Treg/CD4+T lymphocytes:(7.65 ±0.65)%, which was lower than before treatment of(8.26 ±0.34)%, and the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05);survival group ( n =22) and death group ( n =18) Treg/CD4+T lymphocyte ratio were (8.23 ±0.34)% and(8.30 ±0.35)% respectively, the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05) .Conclusion Septic patients’ peripheral blood Treg levels is increased, revealed that regulating Treg level is a new method for treatment of sepsis.关键词
