武汉市洪山区居民代谢综合征流行病学调查及其主要危险因素分析
Epidemiological investigation on metabolic syndrome and its main risk factors among residents in Hongshan District of Wuhan City
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of metabolic syndrome ( MS) in the aged over 15 years in Hongshan District of Wuhan city. Methods From June 2013 to January 2014, the residents are stratified with multi-stage random sampling method, from Hongshan District of Wuhan city sampled 963 cases to receive questionnaire, physical examination and blood test. Results Residents from Hongshan district of Wuhan city’ s prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 18. 69% (180/963), male was higher than female (21. 38% vs. 16. 20%), but the difference was not statistically signifi-cant (χ2 =2. 907, P >0. 05); MS prevalence rate increased with age, male was higher than that in young group female (21. 6% vs. 4. 5%,χ2 =4. 604, P <0. 05) , and in the middle-aged and elderly patients, females were higher than males;45. 5% subjects with more than 2 kinds of anomalies;multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that there were positive correlation between TG, FPG, family history of hypertension, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, age and MS (OR=2. 691, OR=1. 774, OR=1. 767, OR=1. 156, OR=1. 055, OR=1. 026, OR=1. 024, P <0. 05), which can be regarded as risk factors for MS; there is a negative correlation between MS and HDL-C, the cultural level ( OR =0. 097, OR=0. 850, P <0. 05), which can be regarded as a protective factor for MS. Conclusion Hongshan District of Wu-han City has a large proportion of the adult patients with MS, age, history of hypertension, TG, HDL-C, FPG, waist circum-ference, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, cultural level are related risk factors, MS has become the region an important public health problem, which should pay more attention on it.关键词
