快速康复外科理念对胰腺癌术后患者营养状况和免疫功能的影响
The influence of fast track surgery on nutritional index and immune function in pancreatic cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery ( FTS ) on nutritional status and im-mune function of patients with pancreatic cancer after surgical operation. Methods Selected 120 cases of patients with pan-creatic cancer surgery, they were randomly divided into fast track surgery group ( observation group, 60 cases) and conven-tional treatment group ( control group, 60 cases) , the control group using the traditional methods of health care, the observa-tion group using fast track surgery nursing, each period’s hemoglobin (Hb), serum albumin (Alb), prealbumin (PAB), turn iron albumin ( TRF) and other nutritional indicators and IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3+,CD4+, CD4+ /CD8+ immune index concen-tration were tested, and analysis were performed. Results 2 groups of patients’ preoperative Hb, Alb, PAB, TRF concentra-tion had no significant differences ( P >0. 05);the first day after operation, these indices were significantly decreased ( P <0. 05), the fifth day after operation, the observation group’s serum PAB, TRF concentration was significantly higher than that of control group ( P <0. 05). IgA, IgG and IgM concentrations at postoperative day 1 were significantly decreased than the preoperative in both of the two groups ( P <0. 05), but the control group decreased more significantly, after operation’s 5th day, observation group recovered to preoperative levels, but control group remained significantly lower than preoperative level ( P <0. 05). CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ /CD8+ concentration on postoperative day 1 was significantly decreased in both of the two groups ( P <0. 05), but the control group decreased more significantly, after operation’s 5th day, observation group recov-ered to preoperative levels, but control group remained significantly lower than preoperative levels ( P <0. 05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery can significantly improve the nutritional status of pancreatic cancer patients after surgery, pro-tect the immune function, accelerate postoperative recovery, it is worthy of application.关键词
