摘要
Abstract
The method for the determination of the active ingredients of 10 pesticides by HPLC has been developed with UV detector.Using C18 column for the purification.Taking water -acetonitrile as flow-ing phase and the pesticides were quantified by external standard calibration curve method.The result indi-cates the average recoveries were 90.0% -102.0%,while the relative standard deviations were within the range of 0.01% -1.47%.The method is simple,practical and accurate for the determination of the active ingredients of individual pesticide.关键词
