速溶普洱茶的喷雾干燥工艺研究
Study on Spray Drying Process for the Preparation of Instant Pu’er Tea
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the spray drying process for the preparation of instant Pu’er Tea.The effects of inlet temperature,outlet temperature and relative density of Pu’er tea water extraction on the spray drying process were inspected by orthogonal experiment,taking the powder amount,moisture content and sensory indicators evaluation as the indexes.Based on these effects,the spray drying process parameters were opti-mized.The optimum process parameters were as followings:inlet temperature 160℃,outlet temperature 70℃ and relative density of Pu’er tea water extraction 1.15.关键词
