迷迭香酸的提取及抗氧化活性测定
Rosmarinic Acid Extraction and Antioxidant Activity Determination
摘要
Abstract
A method was studied for the extraction process of rosmarinic acid from rosemary with etha-nol-water system,while the extract antioxidant activity was determined using Fonton method.The results showed that the optimum ratio of ethanol-water system extract of rosemary is 50% and the rosemary acid has good antioxidant activity.This extraction process can provides some experimental basis and reference for the industrialization and mass production of rosemary acid.关键词
