甘蔗花与叶抗氧化活性研究
Antioxidant Activity of Sugarcane′s Flower and Leaf
摘要
Abstract
In order to ascertain the extract antioxidant actives of flowers and leaves of sugar cane crops,by using methanol and ethanol as solvent and using ultrasonic extraction method,cane sugar flowers and leaves were extracted,their DPPH radical scavenging activities were investigated,their scavenging activ-ities were compared with those of a variety of antioxidants.The capacities of scavenging activities of extracts of sugar cane flowers and sugar cane leaves and five kinds of standard antioxidants are as follows:gallic acid>caffeic acid >rutin >cane flower methanol extract >vanilloid >sugarcane leaf methanol extract >cane flower ethanol extract >sugarcane leaf ethanol extract >coumaric acid.The results showed that the methanol extract of the flower cane's antioxidant capacity was greater than those of vanilla acid,two standard p -cou-maric acids,so they have certain antioxidant capacities.关键词
