原子荧光光谱法测定绵头雪莲花中的痕量砷
Determination of Trace Arsenic in Saussurea laniceps by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
An atomic fluorescence spectrometer(AFS)method has been developed for the determina-tion of the trace arsenic in Saussurea laniceps.The determination results showed that the trace arsenic con-tent of Saussurea laniceps was 0.5994 mg/kg,the detection limit was 0.02 μg/L and the recovery was 93%~105% and RSD was 0.607%.The arsenic content of Saussurea laniceps did not exceed beyond national safety standards,and AFS method was proved to be high precision,simple operation,rapid and high sensi-tivity.关键词
