摘要

Abstract

The method using calcium carbide residue and carbon monoxide as raw materials to prepare calcium formate through the carbonylation synthesis route has become a research hot spot in China.However this experiment has great risk,because the reaction raw material CO is a flammable,explosive,toxic chemi-cal,and at the same time this reaction also requires high temperature,high pressure conditions.Therefore, before the experiments begin,the system safety must be carefully analyzed to develop appropriate safety oper-ation procedures.In this paper,the safety of test tank reactor devices are analyzed,the safety operation pro-cedures are proposed according to the analysis results.
