新鲜薇甘菊在不同温度下厌氧发酵产气潜力的研究∗
Experimental Study on Biogas Potential of Mikania micrantha H.B.K at Different Temperatures
摘要
Abstract
In order to gain the biogas production potential ofMikania micrantha H.B.K,and find a new way to prevent this invasive species,the experiment of anerobic fermentation was did.One control group containing 120 mL inoculum(total volume 400 mL)and two experimental group containing 68 g Mikania micrantha H.B.K and 120 mL inocmelum (total volume 400 mL)were set up.And the bio-gas production potential was studied at 30 ℃ and ambient temperature(24 ℃)by batch fermentation. The results indicated that the net biogas production of theMikania micrantha H.B.K at 30 ℃ and 24 ℃ were 3 725 mL and 2 765 mL.Furthermore,the biogas yield ofMikania micrantha H.B.K at 30 ℃ was 511 mL/g TS or 627 mL/g VS.关键词
