摘要

Abstract

To optimize the extraction of total polyphenols in Pyrrosia petiolosa by ultrasonic, the content of the polyphenols was used as investigation index, and the total polyphenol content was determined by Folin-Ciocalteus colorimetric. The extraction process parameters for polyphenols were optimized by the single factor and the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that there was a good linearity between gallic acid concentration and absorbance in the range 1~10 mg·L-1 (y=2.406x-0.012, R= 0.9994);The optimum conditions were as follows: solvent concentration 55%, ultrasound time 60 min, extraction temperature 75℃, solid to liquid ratio 1∶10. The polyphenols extraction rate was 21.47 mg·g-1 in the best technical conditions.
