不同诱导子对枇杷悬浮细胞生长及熊果酸、齐墩果酸含量的影响
Influence of Different Elicitors on Cell Growth, Ursolic Acid and Oleanic Acid Content of Loquat Cell Suspension Culture

Abstract
Using the suitable loquat cell suspension culture as test materials, the influence of different elicitors (salicylic acid, SA; jasmonic acid, MJ; casein acid hydrolysate, CH; yeast extract, YE) on the cell growth, the accumulation of ursolic acid (UA) and Oleanic acid (OA) were studied. The results showed that the addition of MJ 100.0 mg·L-1was advantageous to loquat cell suspension culture, the fresh weight, UA and OA content, were 1.081, 2.540, 2.590 times to the control, respectively.关键词
