大孔树脂分离纯化有柄石韦总黄酮的工艺优化
Optimization of Separation and Purification Procedure of Total Flavonoids in Pyrrosia petiolosa by Macroporous Adsorption Resin

Abstract
To select the optimum purifying process of total flavonoids in Pyrrosia petiolosa, orthogonal experiment was designed with the desorption rate of total flavonoids and the content of total flavonoids as indexes. Theresults showed that the best separation conditions were determined as: sample concentration 0.5 mg·mL-1at pH 6, eluent concentration 50%, elution rate 2 mL·min-1by D-101macroporous resin.The concentration of total flavonoids in the filtrate could reach 76.40%, and the method was stable and feasible, and the result was reliable.关键词
