铁皮石斛愈伤组织诱导研究
Study on Callus Induction ofDendrobium officinale
摘要
Abstract
The effect of different culture media and lighting conditions on callus induction of Dendrobium officinale was conducted. The result indicated that the optimal culture condition for full explants was MS 5.92 g·L-1+ 2,4-D 5 mg·L-1 + IAA 1.5 mg·L-1 + KT 0.62 mg·L-1 + sucrose 37.5 g·L-1 + agar 0.8% (pH 5.9~6.0), keeping 15 days in dark and then incubating under light.The optimal culture condition for mashed explants was MS 4.74 g·L-1 + 2,4-D 1mg·L-1 + IAA 1.5 mg·L-1 + KT 0.25 mg·L-1 + sucrose 30 g·L-1 + agar 0.8% (pH 5.9~6.0), incubating under light at 25℃.关键词
