Abstract
The polyester water- borne polyurethane emulsions (WPU) were synthesized by the reaction of isophorone di socyanate (IPDI), polyethylene- 1,4- buthylene adipateglycol (PBA), 2,2- dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and amino- modified silicone oil (AEAPS) and terminated by alcohol. The structure and properties of WPU were characterized by infrared spectrum (FT- IR), contact angle, water resistance and breaking strength test. The cashmere knit fabrics were treated with WPU emulsions and their pil ing resistance was tested. It was found that the water resistance of WPU was improved with the increase of AEAPS content. The pil ing re-sistance of the treated cashmere fabrics were improved by 1~2 level.关键词
