摘要

Abstract

To improve fabric pil ing- resistance, silicon- modified acrylic ester was synthesized by pre- mul-sified octamethyl cyclotetra siloxane (D4) and multicomponent acrylate through seed emulsion polymerization. The optimum process was determined as fol ow: the dosages of MMA, MAA, AN, St, BA were 7.40%, 9.26%, 9.26%, 4.32%, 59.88%, 9.88%, emulsifier dosage was 3% (to the mass of reaction mixture), silicone content was 8%. The solid content and diameter of microemulsion was 28%~32% and less than 100 nm. The properties of microemulsion were stable.
