Study on the determination of triclosan in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)

Abstract
The optimal method of measuring triclosan in textiles by high performance liquid chromatogra-phy was determined through investigation of parameters of high performance liquid chromatography, condi-tions of extraction, lowest limit, recover ratio and repeatability. Triclosan in textiles was extracted by 25 mL methyl alcohol for 30 min, then detected by HPLC (wave-length was 282 nm). The linear correlation coeffi-cient was 0.999 8 in the range of 0.1~100 mg/L. The detection limit was 1 mg/kg, and the recoveries were in the range of 86%~103%.关键词
