摘要

Abstract

The surface of PET silk screen was treated by low temperature plasma to improve the hydro⁃philicity. The parameters of treatment were studied including different reaction power, reaction time and reac⁃tion pressure. The results showed that the hydrophilicity of PET silk screen after grafting could be improved significantly. In addition, infrared spectroscopy, X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron micro⁃scope were used to characterize the surface properties of the modified samples.
