无皂苯丙乳液涂料染色粘合剂的制备及性能表征
Synthesis and characterization of styrene acrylic soap-free emulsion adhesive applied in pigment dyeing

Abstract
The effects of the ratio and amount of emulsifier and the amount of initiator and acrylic acid on the properties of the styrene acrylic soap- free emulsion adhesive were investigated through orthogonal experi⁃ments. The amount of the new cross- linking monomer T- 31 in the soap- free emulsion polymerization was optimized by single factor experiments. The results showed that mass ratio of emulsifier NS- 1032 and NS- 26 was 2/1, and amount was 0.8%, the amount of initiator was 0.8%, the amount of acrylic acid was 1.4%, and the amount of T- 31 was 2.3%. The prepared soap- free emulsion had good performance, which was used in pigment dyeing and had good application effect with 0.4%of dosage.关键词
