Abstract
Diethanolamine borate (Ⅰ) was prepared using toluene as water- carrying agent and diethanol⁃amine and boric acid as starting materials, and diglycol group phosphorus acyl- chlorine (Ⅱ) was prepared by glycol and phosphorusoxychloride, based- water phosphorus- nitrogen- contained organoboron flame retardant (Ⅲ) was produced by the further reaction of (Ⅰ) with (Ⅱ). The reaction conditions were identified as, n(Ⅰ)∶n(Ⅱ)=1∶1, reacted at 100 ℃ for 2 h. The yield of the product achieved 74%, while the over- al yield of the three steps reached 60%. The effects of flame retardant concentrations, curing temperature and curing time on the flame retardance of cotton fabric were investigated. The results showed that the optimum finishing con⁃ditions were as fol ows: flame retardant concentrations 300 g/L, curing temperature 160 ℃, curing time 60 s. The retardant effect of finished cotton fabric was remarkable and reached B1 level.关键词
