Abstract
Three L type reactive dyes namely ANOZOL Yel ow L- F, Red L- S and Blue L- 3G were used to dyeing of cotton knitted fabric. The influences of alkali type, dosage of alkali and sodium chloride, fixation temperature and time on K/S value of dyed fabrics were investigated. The dyeing fastness of dyed fabrics was also tested. It was found that high K/S value of dyed fabrics could be obtained using sodium carbonate and so⁃dium hydrate mixture alkali agent as fixing agent with 10∶1 of mass ratio. The results showed that the optimal process was reactive dyes 2%(omf), mixture alkali agent 4 g/L, sodium chloride 50 g/L, fixing at 40 ℃ for 90 min. The fastness of dyed fabrics was al above of level 3~4.关键词
