摘要

Abstract

A new kind of crosslinker with three functional groups was synthesized using melamine and epichlorohydrin as raw materials through nucleophilic substitution reaction in the mixed solvent of methanol and water. The effects of synthesis factors (reaction solvents, reaction temperature and time) on synthesis re⁃action product yield were investigated, and the reaction process condition was optimized. The crosslinker was used for pigment printing. The influence of pigment printing process on printing fastness was discussed, and the pigment printing process conditions were optimized. The results showed that adding a moderate amount of homemade crosslinker to the pigment printing paste, pigment printed fabric with excel ent crocking fast⁃ness could be obtained.
