Abstract
The self- made cationic protein additive WLS- 20 was used in soaping process of reactive dyed cotton fabrics. The fastness, physical and chemical properties of the fabrics treated by self- made cationic pro⁃tein additive WLS- 20 were discussed. The soaping process conditions were optimized: cationic additive WLS- 20 dosage was 20 g/L, sodium carbonate dosage was 2 g/L, soap powder dosage was 3 g/L, tempera⁃ture was 80 ℃, processing time was 20 min, and bath ratio was 1∶30. According to the results, the rubbing fastness, washing fastness and wettability of the dyed fabric treated by self- made cationic protein additive were al improved.关键词
