茶多酚在真丝织物抗菌整理中的应用
Application of tea polyphenols in anti-bacterial finish for silk fabric

Abstract
The application of tea polyphenols in anti-bacterial functional finish for silk fabrics was studied. Tea polyphenols were environment-friendly compounds and the effect of tea polyphenols on anti-bacterial fin⁃ishing of silk was good. The inhibitory rates for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus could reach 81.9% and 84.3%, respectively. Research showed that the optimum antibacterial finishing process of tea polyphenols was as fol ows: tea polyphenol dosage 5%(omf), pH=3.5, being treated for 90 min at 90 ℃, then with alumini⁃um potassium sulfate dosage 3 g/L being treated for 30 min at 90 ℃, finial y washed and dried. The tea poly⁃phenol dosage and the K/S value of the fabric showed good linear relationship, but when the amount was greater than 5%(omf), the increase of inhibitory rate was not obvious. The treated silk fabric after 20 times of washing stil had good antibacterial effect.关键词
