Abstract
A method of liquid chromatography-diode array detector was set up to detect octylphenol, non⁃ylphenol, polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether and polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether in detergents. The results showed that at the selected conditions, the detergent of these four substances could be wel separated from other surfactants. Within the concentration range of 0.02~0.50 g/L, these four compounds had good linear rela⁃tionship between peak area and concentration, the determination limit was 0.48~0.67 μg/L, the relative stan⁃dard deviation (RSD) ranges were 0.08%~1.79%, and the recovery of the samples were 96.7%~104.2%. This method is simple, quick and has good reproducibility, which is suitable for detection of alkylphenol polyoxyeth⁃ylene ether in the household detergent products.关键词
