摘要

Abstract

Based on the theory of formal concept analysis and the concepts of dried ginger decoction, medicine in the decoction and the relation between decoction and medicine in Treatise on Febrile Disease, the research makes the application of partial ordered structure diagram which generates from complex concept network of describing the universality and speciality of objects. The visual presentation and explanation of structural relation between the decoctions and medicines are proposed in the research. Rules of dried ginger formula combination in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is illustrated by partial ordered structure diagram of dried ginger matching with pinellia tuber in coptidis decoction, pinellia tuber xie-xin decoction, and minor decoction of green dragon and dried ginger matching with aconite roots in decoction for treating yang exhaustion. The partial ordered structure diagram is a new way that applies information science to study of traditional Chinese medicine in typhoid and benefits the further study of Treatise on Feb-rile Diseases.
