海生红藻多管藻中藻胆蛋白的分离纯化
Isolation and Purification of Phycobiliproteins from Marine Red Alga Polysiphonia urceolata

Abstract
R-phycerythrin ( R-PE) , R-phycocyanin ( R-PC) and allophycocyanin ( AP) are isolated from the extrac-ted phycobiliprotein solution of Polysiphonia urceolata rich in phycoerythrin using gel filtration through Middle Fine Sephadex G-150 (MFG-150), Fine Sephadex G-150(FG-150) and Sephacryl S-300(S-300). The obtained fractions of R-PE, R-PC and AP are further purified using ion-exchange chromatography through DEAE Sepharose-Fast Flow. An optimized technical procedure for simultaneous preparation of the three phycobiliprotein types from the extracted phycobiliproteins of Polysiphonia urceolata is established based on the present experiments.关键词
