Abstract
Objective To investigate the characters and the diagnose value of multi-slice CT in mesenteric volvulus and intestinal volvulus. Methods The clinical and CT materials of 12 cases with mesenteric volvulus and intestinal volvuvus which diagnosed by before surgery and proved by operation and clinic were retrospectively analyzed. Image processing includes multi-planar reconstruction (MRP), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering technology (VR). Results Among the 12 cases, the main signs "whirlpool" of intestine and vessels were found in 12 cases, "beak" in 7cases, "target loop" in 4 cases. Conclusion "whirlpool" of intestine and vessels is the specific sign for diagnosing mesenteric volvulus and intestinal volvulus. The enhanced scan of helical CT and image recorr structure can make a localization and qualitative diagnosis of the mesenteric volvulus and intestinal volvulus. MSCTA have important clinical value to analyze the distribution , course and narrow of blood vessels.关键词
