Abstract
Objective Careful y observe the use of disposable cervical dilatation stick in front of abortion for cervical dilation and other one-of situation and to explore the ef ect of cervical dilatation rod in clinical applications and safety. Methods Test group and the control group , the pregnancy was diagnosed as pregnant women 6 to 10 weeks required artificial abortion is 180 patients were divided into two groups, 90 cases in the test group with a disposable cervical abortion expansion rods, 90 cases in the control group was 0.4 mg misoprostol before abortion 4 ~ 6h placed in the vaginal fornix . Of two experiments to observe the extent of cervical dilatation of two experiments surgery , uterine contraction , blood loss, the incidence of abortion syndrome and other conditions are discussed . Results The two groups of women abortion syndrome , cervical dilation showed a significant dif erence ( <0.01). Uterine contraction , no significant dif erence in the amount of bleeding . Conclusion When using disposable cervical dilation rods abortion , compared to not using disposable cervical dilation rods, cervical dilatation easier, safer, more ef ective , and can ef ectively al eviate the suf ering of women when abortion , prevention of abortion complications occur.关键词
