Abstract
Objective To analysis of determination of serum cystatin C and creatinine in diabetic nephropathy. Methods 71 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay of CysC were detected by using latex. To detect the Scr index by picric acid rate method. Comparison of two positive rate of diagnosis index, ratio detection comparison of two index value and the upper limit of the normal value. Results Diabetic nephropathy patients, positive rate of CysC was higher than that of Scr index. Detection of CysC index value and the upper limit of the normal value, detection was higher than that of Scr index value and the upper limit of the normal value, significant differences ( <0.05). Conclusion It was of great significance that diagnostic value of serum cystatin C in diabetic nephropathy, to timely and accurate response in patients with the disease, more sensitive than serum creatinine.关键词
